Schedule after half term-
Both the morning sessions and the weekend sessions will remain the same.
The afternoon mid-week session will be as follows-
The year 8 girls will train Tuesday and Thursday mid week 3:15 -4:30 pm at the Sports Centre.
The year 9 girls will train Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3:15-4:30 pm at the Sports Centre.
The year 10-13 girls will train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3:15 -5:15 pm at the Sports Centre (Training on a Tuesday will finish at 5pm after Yoga)
The year 8 and 9 boys will train Monday and Wednesday 3:15- 4:30 pm at the Sports Centre (Participating in boys fitness on a Friday at 3:15 pm is encouraged)
The year 10 boys will train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 3:15 - 5:15 pm at the Sports Centre.
The year 11-13 boys will train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 3:15-5:15 pm at the Sports Centre
