I am still agreeing final details and setting up groups but the plan is to run sessions on line as close to the usual schedule as possible. The aim is to keep all athletes focused on improving in preparation for the summer season. As with usual scheduled lessons you will receive an invite via Teams to your session with outline of what the session will involve. The online portion will probably up to 45 minutes which will mean warming up and stretching out afterwards will probably done independently.
Please look out for notifications of training coming through teams. Mr Murison
