Please note - all morning training sessions and weekend session will remain as usual. There will be a minibus for year 8's going down to the water each day (apart from Tuesday, please may parents organise lifts on this day)

Monday
Year 8-10 boys 3:30 -5:30 pm - Longridge Year 11-13 boys - Conditioning circuit 3:15-4 pm 4:15 -6pm -Longridge
Tuesday
Year 10-13 boys - 3:15 -5:00 - Redgrave Sports Centre
Wednesday
Year 8-10 boys 3:30 -5:30 pm - Longridge
Year 11-13 boys - Conditioning circuit 3:15-4 pm 4:15 -6pm -Longridge
Thursday
Year 11-13 boys - 3:15 - 5:00 - Redgrave Sports Centre
Friday
Year 8,9 boys are encouraged to join in boys fitness 3:15 -4:15 Year 10-13 boys - 3:15 -5:00 pm - Redgrave Sports Centre
Girls
Monday
