GREAT MARLOW SCHOOL BOAT CLUB AWARDS DINNER 2019
I am delighted to announce details of this year’s Annual Boat Club Awards Dinner.
Now in its 7th year, the Awards Dinner is an event where we can all celebrate the tremendous hard work and commitment that the rowers of all ages show in their rowing and towards their fellow rowers and coaches. It is also a lovely way to get to know everyone a little better and for the club to acknowledge the support that the parents give throughout the year. All year groups from Year 7 to 13 plus their parents and carers are invited. Also invited are alumni rowers, coaches, governors of the school and others with a direct interest in the Boat Club.
VENUE
This year, for the first time, the dinner will be held in the prestigious setting of the clubhouse of the Eton College Rowing Centre, Dorney Lake. For those of you who have not yet visited Dorney Lake, the clubhouse is situated at the far end of the lake. The dinner will be held upstairs in the function room which has a large balcony with fabulous views down the length of the lake.
