Hi IHR Attendees, Volunteers, Lord, Ladies and anyone else
Finally all the tasks for IHR are complete, except some final bits I will complete today.
Firstly – Many thanks to the wider IHR SWAT team that have been preparing the many things that need to be in place ahead of Saturday. This includes food, drink, site prep, deliveries, printing, printing and printing, shopping, more shopping, rota management, admin admin and admin, ticket sales, raffle pushing, race management and cooks/chefs (Carlos Leighton and self) sharpening their forks ‘n’ flippers.
We have sold 215 tickets and 64 rowers. So a very good start.
There will be Bar (Soft drinks only), Cakes, and BBQ Food and Salads (Green and Pastas), and Summer Raffle Sales.
Final details
Timetable – please allow – like a external regatta – some additional time to get here.. parking will be tight – details below...
8.00 – Initial Site Preparation and deliveries.
----------------------------
10.30 – Race registration starts
11.00 Races start – Year 7 single races throughout the day
Then onto year group mixed quads from years 7/8 to Year 12/13

Award near 5pm
And a 5.30 close.
PARKING
Please walk if possible, or you can drop chairs off first thing in the portacabin area and return.
From the event set-up we can use the additional car park (usual drop off point). The usual muddy car park area.
Please where possible put a note in the windscreen with your mobile number and or name – if case you need to move to let someone out...
The set-up crew maybe able to park in the riverside section near the stalls from 8am. I am still waiting to hear, if the field opposite Longridge can be used (ONLY IF you see a red arrow on the gate – first right after the bypass bridge - on the Saturday)
else Longridge Training Car Park only.
NOT the main one...
If you DO use the MAIN one – I would strongly advise paying for parking. Signs and notices are display for phone and mobile App details.
Tickets
Pre-purchased tickets for food will be available as soon as you enter our events area in envelopes with your original booking name. Separate bookings have been combined. Each ticket has the booking name and rowers name. As an example, This DOESNT mean Peter has to have the sausage 😊.

Additional burgers, sausages and hot dogs may be purchased. Please buy an unnamed ticket frony the additional food table after your first eating. The number of tickets relates to the stock remaining (more or less)
